Our Role in the Community
Connections for Mental Wellness is a community-wide collective impact initiative in Brown County, Wisconsin that brings together and facilitates diverse groups of stakeholders (i.e. non-profits, government, education organizations, employers, health systems, etc.) to help address community needs and issues related to mental wellness and mental health care. We focus on issues that cannot be solved by one organization alone. With the core values of innovation, collaboration, compassion, inclusion and equity, Connections envisions a community that values and embraces the need for mentally health children, adults, and families.
